Your website is the front door. DCD connects it to the forms, files, workflows, follow-up, dashboards, automation, data, and AI that actually move the business forward.
DCD connects what customers see to what happens next — intake, workflows, files, automation, follow-up, reporting, data, and AI. One system instead of a collection of disconnected tools.
DCD Advisory combines creative, technical, operational, and AI capabilities when the problem requires them. Start with one layer or connect several.
Identity systems and production assets designed to remain usable from the first concept through vendors, digital channels, and future growth.
Websites, portals, forms, analytics, and interactive tools built around what the organization actually needs the digital experience to do.
Google Apps Script, Workspace systems, integrations, dashboards, and workflows that remove repetitive work and keep information moving.
Research systems, extraction and classification pipelines, knowledge tools, assistants, and decision-support workflows designed around the actual problem.
A form can become a structured lead. A spreadsheet can become a dashboard. A repetitive email can become a workflow. A folder of documents can become a searchable AI system. DCD connects the customer-facing experience to the systems operating behind it.
DCD builds around the operating problem, not a predefined package. These projects look different on the surface, but each turns multiple layers — brand, web, workflow, automation, data, or intelligence — into something the organization can actually use.
Additional work may be described at a high level where client, project, or operational confidentiality applies. Named projects are shown with permission or are independently owned and operated by DCD.
Current work spans healthcare operations, motorsports identity systems, and public-information research platforms. DCD stays capability-first, then adapts the build to the operating environment.
Secure operations, workflow automation, data visibility, reconciliation systems, and practice infrastructure.

Strategy matters, but the goal is always a usable system. The process stays deliberately lean and adapts to whether the deliverable is creative, technical, or both.
Define the mission, audience, current tools, constraints, bottlenecks, and what success means.
Create the visual direction, user experience, architecture, workflow, or system plan.
Develop the actual brand, website, automation, AI tool, data layer, or operational system.
Make forms, email, data, Drive, APIs, dashboards, and other systems work together.
Launch, measure, document, refine, automate further, and expand where the value is proven.
Healthcare remains a major DCD specialization, with focused experience in practice operations, secure cloud infrastructure, billing and reconciliation workflows, administrative automation, reporting, and AI-assisted systems.
DCD tracks developments in technology, operations, and applied AI with one question in mind: what does this mean in practice, and what could an organization actually build or improve?

I built DCD Advisory around a simple idea: the right solution is not always a single service. Sometimes the problem is the brand. Sometimes it is the website, the workflow, the data, or the systems connecting all of them.
My role is to understand the mission, find the friction, and build the right combination of creative and technical infrastructure around the actual problem — from identity systems and digital experiences to automation, dashboards, AI tools, and custom operational workflows.
The deliverable changes, but the method stays consistent: map what matters, design the system, build it properly, and connect the pieces that should work together.
Healthcare remains an important DCD specialization, particularly where secure workflows, reporting, automation, and operational complexity intersect. The same systems-first approach extends to motorsports, research and media, professional services, entertainment, and other organizations that need something more tailored than an off-the-shelf answer.
